We strive to provide a clear and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully.
Trip Cancellations by Manuia
Insufficient Bookings: If a trip is canceled by us due to insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund of what you paid or the option to keep the amount as a credit toward a future trip of your choice.
Customer Cancellations
Booking Fee: When you book a trip, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance of the cost of trip can either be paid in full at the time of booking or at a later date, but must be settled 2 months before the trip starts.
Confirmed Trips: If your trip is confirmed and you wish to cancel:
If you cancel and we find another customer to take your place, you will receive an 80% refund of the amount you have paid.
If we are unable to find another customer or if the cancellation occurs within two months of the trip departure date, no refund will be issued.
Other Important Notes
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to victor@manuiatravel.com
Any credits for future trips must be used within 12 months from the original trip's scheduled departure date.
