Refund Policy

We strive to provide a clear and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully.

Trip Cancellations by Manuia

  • Insufficient Bookings: If a trip is canceled by us due to insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund of what you paid or the option to keep the amount as a credit toward a future trip of your choice.

Customer Cancellations

  • Booking Fee: When you book a trip, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance of the cost of trip can either be paid in full at the time of booking or at a later date, but must be settled 2 months before the trip starts.

  • Confirmed Trips: If your trip is confirmed and you wish to cancel:

    • If you cancel and we find another customer to take your place, you will receive an 80% refund of the amount you have paid.

    • If we are unable to find another customer or if the cancellation occurs within two months of the trip departure date, no refund will be issued.

Other Important Notes

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to victor@manuiatravel.com

  • Any credits for future trips must be used within 12 months from the original trip's scheduled departure date.
